We also encourage each of our members to take Veerayatan’s Pledge for Non-Violence.

The twentieth century has been called the most violent century in all of human history. The human mind is capable of engendering a level and intensity of violence so severe that it is unmatched by any of the earth's other creatures. However, the human mind is equally capable of creating an ideal world filled with peace and love. Just as a single stick can be broken, but a group of sticks is unbreakable, so too must we unite to counter the violence that has pervaded the world. By coming together, our strength is indestructible.

Veerayatan has initiated the Pledge for Non-Violence so that human beings worldwide can join us in the movement to create a more peaceful world. We encourage you to strive toward all of the points under the pledge, even if you may not be able to fulfill them now.
